Based on the simple method of “eat, fast, eat”, this diet plan is very easy for any person to follow. While other diet plans have a lot of food restrictions and eating schedules, this plan helps one to go out without having to be very cautious about what they eat. Since this plan is relatively new, one cannot be very sure of the effects that it may have on the person.
